Most repairs are completed within 24 hours if we have spare parts in stock. For more complex repairs, we'll inform you of the estimated timeframe.

We recommend backing up, but in most cases data is preserved. Factory reset is only required when mandated by the manufacturer. Data preservation service costs 30 EUR incl. VAT.

You can bring your device to one of our locations, send it by mail, or order a courier pickup. Fill out our form and we'll handle the rest.
